Kwiqq Blog has been a little quiet for the last few days. Thought it would make sense to update as to what we have been upto.

Apart from working on some really creative bits for our clients we have been working on Kwiqq Open (Coming Soon).

What is Kwiqq Open?

Kwiqq Open is a set of open source tools for the social web world developed by Kwiqq and the community. We will be launching a mobile module for Symfony in the coming weeks. This application will allow programmers to build webpages which are compatible with major mobile browsers and phones with minimal effort.

” I don’t get it !! What does the module do ? “

So if you thought that webpages on IE6, IE7, Firefox… have some browser compatibility issues then wait till you get your hands dirty with Mobile based browsers. Phones of different sizes, OS and browsers have made it tough to build webpages which seamlessly work with all phones.

We will attempt to make a module which just does that. To make this happen we will be using the Wurfl database.
